What is Work Truck Week®?
For more than 20 years, the people who design, build, use and maintain the work trucks and equipment the world relies on have gathered to see the industry’s latest products and technology, learn from one another and discuss how to improve the future. North America’s largest work truck event is your chance to see the newest industry products, choose from a broad range of industry-focused education and gain access to engineering representatives from hundreds of exhibiting companies. Interact with thousands of industry professionals, find answers to technical issues, and reconnect with peers at special events and receptions.
Connect with us on Facebook and Twitter @WorkTruckWeek with official event hashtags #worktruckweek #worktrucks22 #wtw22 #greentrucks22.
What is Green Truck Summit?
Green Truck Summit, held annually as part of Work Truck Week, features intensive programs led by industry experts, OEMs and government representatives — covering clean energy trends for commercial vehicles, including electrification, and operational insights for vocational truck fleets. It offers perspective on work truck evolution and advanced technology development.
When and where is Work Truck Week 2022?
WTW22 takes place March 8–11, 2022, at Indiana Convention Center (Indianapolis, Indiana). Green Truck Summit is held March 8, sessions run March 8–10, and The Work Truck Show exhibit hall is open March 9–11.
Where is Indiana Convention Center?
Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 South Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. Visit icclos.com for maps and interactive driving directions. Located in the heart of the city, approximately 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND), the Convention Center is connected by skywalk to a four-story urban shopping mall and within walking distance of 200 restaurants, well-known sports venues and a 10-block state park that features top museums, green space and a convenient canal walk.
What health and safety protocols will be in place at Work Truck Week 2022?
Your health and safety are a top priority at Work Truck Week 2022. We’re committed to helping ensure a safe experience as the commercial vehicle community reconnects in person. More information on that process will be provided in the coming weeks, and we will continue to evaluate our health and safety plans as federal, state and local requirements evolve.
Is there a registration cost for media?
Media registration remains complimentary for qualified media personnel (note, there is a limit of two complimentary WTW Conference Packages per media outlet). It includes most Work Truck Week education and networking activities, full access to the online portion of the event and early entry into the exhibit hall each day. View the media registration policy for details.
How do I register?
New this year, media can register for the event and book hotel rooms online. When you apply for media registration, you will be asked to upload credentials. All media registration requests are subject to verification.
Where can I book hotel rooms?
Once your media registration application has been approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a code you can use to book a room within the media hotel blocks at Courtyard by Marriott Indianapolis Downtown or Hyatt Regency Indianapolis. Both are connected to Indiana Convention Center via enclosed walkways. Book hotel rooms online or call (317) 262-8191. Space is limited, and reservations must be made by Feb. 8, 2022.
What’s available on-demand to media?
Media will have access to many concurrent education session recordings and/or content on-demand following the event, as well as exhibitor listings, for 30 days after the event concludes on March 11. As Green Truck Summit and OEM update session content is most effectively presented live, these sessions will not be recorded for on-demand access.
Please note, a WTW22 planner is required to access on-demand content. Educational on-demand content will be available following the event.

I just registered. How do I know if it went through?
Your media registration application will undergo an initial review process, and then you’ll be notified if more information is needed to process the request or if your application has been approved.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, you may register and pick up your badge in the Work Truck Week Pressroom (Room 243 of Indiana Convention Center) or new Green Truck Summit Pressroom (JW Marriott Room 106). As space is limited for many of the in-person activities, media are encouraged to register early to reserve a seat.
