Jan. 5, 2022
As we kick off 2022, Work Truck Week is just around the corner. I wanted to address some anticipated questions we’ve received regarding the status of our plans for an in-person event in March.
To our members, industry and exhibitors – your support, contributions and investment in Work Truck Week are significant, and not taken lightly. My goal is to be as transparent as possible to help you best prepare and make informed decisions for a safe, successful event experience.
Based on all of the information currently available, we are planning to move forward with an in-person trade show in Indianapolis. At this time, we are in close communication with Indiana Convention Center and the City of Indianapolis to address health and safety plans if there are changes to requirements (state, local or venue) leading up to the event. While the last two years have taught us that certainty is an elusive term, I wanted to convey our expectation that, given what we know at this time, Work Truck Week will take place as scheduled, March 8–11, 2022.
I also want to emphasize our commitment to providing a reassuring business environment where attendees and exhibitors can be comfortable and productive while reconnecting in Indianapolis. We’ve implemented a free health screening process through CLEAR, where one of the following will be required before badge pickup: proof of vaccination status, proof of a negative COVID test (within 72 hours), or completion of a quick health screening survey. To learn more about additional measures we’re taking, visit worktruckweek.com/healthandsafety.
If you have any questions or concerns, I encourage you to contact NTEA’s team at email@example.com or 800-441-6832.
I look forward to seeing you in March.
