- Work Truck announced the Top 3 finalists in the Truck, Van, and SUV categories for the Upfit Package of the Year awards, sponsored by LEGEND. The winners will be revealed live on the show floor on Wednesday, March 11, at 1:45 p.m. in the LEGEND Booth #935.
- Standard Bots will be demonstrating two industrial robots applicable to work truck manufacturing and upfitting. Visit Booth 3401 during exhibit hall hours to see live demos.
- Lincoln Electric will be demonstrating a virtual reality welding simulator, which provides a training environment that speeds up the welding training process while reducing overall material costs. Stop by Booth 3401 during exhibit hall hours to test your welding skills and participate in a hands-on demo.

NTEA operating divisions at WTW26
Learn more about NTEA’s operating divisions, which represent specific product segments within the work truck industry, at Work Truck Week 2026. Group liaisons will be available at NTEA Booth 3401 to share information and answer questions on Wednesday, March 11 from 1:30–2:30 p.m. and Thursday, March 12 from 3–4 p.m.

Parking and Shuttle Information
Downtown Indianapolis offers many parking options. View detailed map. If staying at a hotel in downtown Indianapolis during Work Truck Week, you may make arrangements to use the hotel parking lot for your vehicles. Parking rates and availability vary based on vehicle size and lot location. Free shuttle service and parking is available at 623 W. Merrill St. on the following days and times (overnight parking is not permitted)

Free WiFi is available in the common areas of Indiana Convention Center.
WTW26 Lunch Area
WTW Lunches will be in Room 104 on Wednesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 12 (11 a.m.–2 p.m. each day). Lunch tickets are not included with any registration packages, but can be pre-purchased separately before arriving on-site.
Food Service
Indiana Convention Center offers a variety of refreshment options. All concession outlets are cashless and accept various forms of payment, including Apple and Samsung Pay. There is a cash-to-card machine in the Crossroads Food Court (across from Hall D) that converts cash to a Visa credit card for use anywhere Visa is accepted.
NTEA Member Lounge
NTEA members have access to a lounge, allowing them to take a break and return calls and emails. Located in Room 110, it offers free wireless internet access, coffee and refreshments. The Member Lounge will feature a portable concession area (open March 11 and 12 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m.) offering a variety of wraps, salads, snacks and refreshments available for purchase.

Mobility Scooters
Mobility scooters are available for daily use while attendees are in the Convention Center. Scooters are offered on a first-come, first-served basis during registration hours at the Help Desk located at Level 1 Crossroads Concourse, adjacent to Room 110. There is no rental charge and no overnight rentals.
Business Center
For your convenience, a Ricoh USA business center is located in the Convention Center across from Room 117 on the following days/times. Services include copying, faxing and shipping.

Session Presentation Documents
If you registered for a Work Truck Week or Green Truck Summit Conference Package, you have access to many GTS and/or WTW Breakout Session presentation documents, as well as exhibitor listings. Registrants will receive access to available session presentation documents for 30 days following the conclusion of Work Truck Week.
Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a WTW26 Planner to access session presentation documents. If you register for a Trade Show Badge, you have access to exhibitor listings for 30 days after the event concludes (session presentation documents are not included with this registration).
