Shepard online
Exhibitors can order Shepard products and services online, including carpet, furnishings, labor, cleaning services, shipping services, and more. Follow the steps below to get into the Shepard online ordering system.
- Go to exhibitorpro.shepardes.com
- The email address you enter must match the main contact address provided on the exhibitor contract.
*After logging in, click on "Switch Event," located near the top of your homepage, just below the main navigation bar. Once there, please review the event(s) listed and select the name of the event you would like to gain access to. Once selected, you'll officially have access to ExhibitorPro to continue preparing for your upcoming event!

- Each time you log into ExhibitorPro, please follow the "Switch Event" process outlined above. This ensures you’re always viewing the most up-to-date information as event details evolve.
- If you are not an assigned exhibitor for this event, or if you're using a different email than what was provided to show management, you will need to create a new account within ExhibitorPro and request to be added to your event.
