NTEA is pleased to provide free Work Truck Week 2026 registration to editorial media with valid credentials.
All media representatives must register for Work Truck Week and any specific events they want to attend. Space is limited for many activities, so register early to reserve a seat. Qualified media can choose from the three registration package options below and can add tickets to Opening Reception (only included with GTS Conference Package), NTEA Annual Meeting with Keynote Speakers and various Special Sessions. Media registration includes access to Work Truck Week Ride & Drive, press conferences, and Work Truck Week Pressroom, as well as early entry into the Work Truck Show exhibit hall daily.
Media registration is available only to people in editorial roles, including reporters, editors, writers, content developers and directors, publishers, videographers and photographers working for bona fide print, online or broadcast media outlets; podcasters, YouTubers and bloggers producing content relevant to the commercial vehicle industry; and analysts who cover and publish on the commercial vehicle industry. Click REGISTER, then select MEDIA to proceed. Please see the Media Registration Policy for full details.

Housing and travel
NTEA has set aside blocks of rooms at two downtown Indianapolis hotels for qualified media. You must register for Work Truck Week to access the media hotel block. Your registration confirmation email will include information about how to book a hotel room through the media block. The deadline to reserve a hotel room is Jan. 30, 2026. Indianapolis hotels sell out and space is limited, so book early.
Please note, the media hotel block is for the exclusive use of registered media and should not be shared. Each qualified media individual may only reserve one room within the media hotels below. Any unauthorized reservations made within this media-only block will be cancelled without notice.
