What is Green Truck Summit?
Green Truck Summit, held as part of Work Truck Week, provides insights, solutions and resources in support of the work truck industry’s drive toward achieving greater sustainability, productivity and efficiency. This event offers intensive sessions led by experts, covering new and emerging advanced vehicle and fuel technology applications and evolution within the commercial vehicle market.
When and where is Work Truck Week 2026 (WTW26)?
WTW26 takes place March 10–13, 2026, at Indiana Convention Center (Indianapolis, Indiana). Green Truck Summit is held March 10, educational sessions run March 10–12 and The Work Truck Show exhibit hall is open March 11–13.

Where is Indiana Convention Center?
Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 South Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. Visit icclos.com for maps and interactive driving directions. Located in the heart of the city, approximately 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND), the Convention Center is connected by skywalk to a four-story urban shopping mall and within walking distance of 200 restaurants, well-known sports venues and a 10-block state park that features top museums, green space and a convenient canal walk.

Where can I book hotel rooms?
NTEA has arranged discounted rates for Work Truck Week registrants at nearby Indianapolis hotels (special pricing is good through Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, while availability lasts). Make reservations online or call 317-262-8191, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. ET (excluding holidays). Hotel acknowledgements are sent via email within 24 hours.
How much does it cost to attend this event?
There are different registration options to fit your needs, including exhibit-hall-only access and event packages. For your convenience, Special Sessions and events, like Annual Meeting, are available separately for purchase.
What is the WTW26 Planner? Do I need to create one to view online exhibitor listings?
Once registered, you can create your WTW26 Planner using the registration number and email address listed in your confirmation. This helpful tool enables you to:
- Add exhibitors and products of interest
- Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
- Network with exhibitor contacts
- Save sessions to a personalized calendar
Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a WTW26 Planner and be logged in to view any on-demand content. A WTW26 Planner is not required to access online exhibitor and product listings.

Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
If for some unforeseen reason NTEA should have to cancel or truncate Work Truck Week 2026, attendee agrees its sole remedy for a cancelled or shortened event is the return of all or a prorated portion, as applicable, of the registration fee. Registrants will be responsible for cancellation of travel arrangements or housing reservations and applicable fees. For your planning purposes, please note attendee cancellations received in writing after Feb. 20, 2026, are not entitled to a refund. Substitutions are allowed. View the event policy.
How can I get registration discounts?
NTEA members receive discounted rates on WTW26 registration packages, Special Sessions and events. Explore more member perks and contact Luci Pfaff, NTEA director of member services, to discuss your options.
I just registered. How do I know if it went through?
Online registrations will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours once your registration has been received. If you do not receive confirmation, check your spam folder or email registrar@ntea.com with questions. Your badge will be waiting for you on-site at any of the conveniently located registration areas.
I registered for basic access to the exhibit hall. Can I upgrade to a package?
Yes, you may upgrade your registration package or add Special Sessions or events (view available options) online by logging into your personal dashboard via the registration site or URL provided on your confirmation. Email registrar@ntea.com with questions or for assistance.
Is there a lunch option offered this year?
We know it can be difficult to find a quick, well-balanced meal or a place to sit and meet with colleagues during the busy day. Work Truck Week Lunch is an ideal option for attendees and exhibitors to eat and meet in a convenient location, and will be offered on Wednesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 12. Lunch tickets must be purchased in advance when registering for Work Truck Week and are unavailable for purchase on-site. Tickets are not included in any registration package. Alternatively, attendees can purchase lunch at any time from concession stands open throughout the Convention Center.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, you may register at one of the conveniently located registration areas at Indiana Convention Center or JW Marriott Indianapolis. Certain sessions and events will sell out before WTW26, so we encourage all attendees to register in advance to ensure an exceptional experience.

Products from all commercial vehicle industry segments — including chassis, bodies, aerial devices, snow and ice control equipment, advanced vehicle and fuel technology, accessories and components — are featured, with many exhibitors revealing or launching new offerings.

View all current exhibitors and keep checking back as new companies and product listings are added.
How can I contact a WTW26 exhibitor?
Once signed in to your WTW26 Planner, you will have the ability to message exhibitors that add company representatives to their online listing.
How do I learn more about becoming a sponsor?
Becoming a sponsor is an effective way to bring attention to your company, product or service. For more information, contact Kailey Spieser, NTEA director of sales. Promote your presence at the event by taking advantage of special advertising options.
Education
What’s available on-demand?
If you register for a Work Truck Week or Green Truck Summit Conference Package, you have access to many GTS session and/or WTW Breakout Session content on-demand, as well as exhibitor listings. Registrants will receive access to educational on-demand content the week after WTW26 concludes for 30 days.
Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a WTW26 Planner to access on-demand content. If you register for a Trade Show Badge, you have access to exhibitor listings for 30 days after the event concludes (on-demand content is not included with this registration).
Do I need a Conference Package to attend a Chassis Update?
Unless you’re an employee of the presenting chassis manufacturer, you will need a Green Truck Summit or Work Truck Week Conference Package to attend WTW Breakout Sessions such as Chassis Updates. Review registration package options.
I work for a chassis manufacturer. Am I allowed to attend competitors’ sessions?
With respect to the confidentiality of chassis OEM information shared during WTW26, in agreement with the presenting chassis manufacturers, OEM registrants are requested not to attend competitor sessions. Please email info@ntea.com with questions.
Can I earn continuing education credit by participating in WTW26?
NTEA is accredited by International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and is authorized to issue IACET continuing education units (CEUs). If you’re attending any Work Truck Week or Green Truck Summit session and are interested in obtaining a certificate of achievement with IACET CEUs, please complete the CEU section in the overall conference survey you’ll receive via email following the event. A PDF of the certificate will be sent once attendance is verified.
Can I earn Member Verification Program credit?
Yes, WTW26 session attendance qualifies for Member Verification Program credit. Contact mvp@ntea.com for more information.
On-site
What will I receive when checking in at WTW26?
When you stop by one of the conveniently located registration areas, you can pick up your badge and an on-site event guide and floor plan. If you’ve purchased an educational package and/or registered for Special Sessions or events like Annual Meeting, access will be included as part of the barcode on your badge.
Is there a place in the Convention Center where I can hold a business meeting?
NTEA members have access to the Member Lounge that offers a variety of seating options and WiFi. View more member perks at WTW26.
Can I rent a scooter to more easily cover the exhibit hall?
Scooters can be reserved at the help desk located in the Crossroads hallway free-of-charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Scooters may not be checked out overnight and must be returned daily. For information on scooter rentals for the entire duration of the event, contact NTEA at info@ntea.com or 248-489-7090.
Any tips on what I should wear?
Business casual is recommended, but it never hurts to pack something appropriate for an evening out. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes — WTW26 spans the majority of Indiana Convention Center’s two floors as well as portions of JW Marriott Indianapolis and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Should I bring anything special?
Bring lots of business cards as there are unlimited networking opportunities with thousands of industry peers. While most exhibitors equip their booths with technology to scan contact information, some booths host prize drawings requiring business cards.
