- Work Truck Week Housing (317-262-8191, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m.) can only assist with name changes, date reductions and cancellations between Feb. 18-24, 2026.
- After Feb. 24, 2026, ALL requests for changes and cancellations must go through the hotels directly.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all room reservations cancelled after 5 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2026. Please note: Reservations booked in sub-blocks are subject to different cancellation policies; please check your reservation acknowledgment if you are unsure.
Transportation service
Taxi and rideshare services from Indianapolis International Airport (IND) are available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. Average fare to downtown is $40–$50.
Parking and shuttle information
Downtown Indianapolis offers many parking options. View detailed map. If staying at a hotel in downtown Indianapolis during Work Truck Week, you may make arrangements to use the hotel parking lot for your vehicles. Parking rates and availability vary based on vehicle size and lot location. Free shuttle service and parking is available at 623 W. Merrill St. on the following days and times (overnight parking is not permitted):
- Tuesday, March 10: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 11: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
- Thursday, March 12: 6:30 a.m.–6:15 p.m.
- Friday, March 13: 8 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
