The Work Truck Week Housing Bureau can no longer assist event guests. Please direct all inquiries, including changes and cancellations, to your reserved hotel.

If you still need housing, you may try searching for hotel availability through Visit Indy. Important note: These reservations are NOT part of the Work Truck Week room block. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before booking.

Attention Work Truck Show 2022 exhibitors: See the exhibitor targeted move-in schedule for your booth’s color designation as it relates to your move-in time.

Transportation service

Transportation service from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside baggage claim. Average fare to downtown is $37-$50.

parking and shuttle information

Downtown Indianapolis offers many parking options. View detailed map. If you are staying at a hotel in downtown Indianapolis during the Convention, you may make arrangements to use the hotel parking lot for your vehicles. Parking rates and availability vary based on vehicle size and lot location. Shuttle service is located at Gate Ten Event Parking located at 345 W. McCarty Street.
  • Tuesday, March 8: 6:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  • Wednesday, March 9: 6:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  • Thursday, March 10: 6:30 a.m. - 6:15 p.m.
  • Friday, March 11: 8 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
