NTEA has arranged discounted rates for WTW26 registrants at the hotels listed below. All reservations must be made directly with Work Truck Week Housing. Make reservations online or call the Work Truck Week Housing at 317-262-8191, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. ET (excluding holidays). Confirmations are sent via email or fax (if requested) within 24 hours. A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come basis.

Important Dates
- The deadline to book new reservations, add nights to existing reservations, or move reservations between hotels, in the Work Truck Week discounted room block is 5 p.m. ET on Feb 17, 2026.
- Work Truck Week Housing can only assist with name changes, date reductions and cancellations between Feb. 18-24, 2026. Work Truck Week Housing cannot make new reservations, add nights to existing reservations, or move reservations between hotels after 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 17, 2026.
- After Feb. 24, 2026, ALL requests for changes and cancellations must go through the hotels directly.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for all room reservations cancelled after 5 p.m. on Feb. 17, 2026. Please note: Reservations booked in sub-blocks are subject to different cancellation policies; please check your reservation acknowledgment if you are unsure.
