housing and travel
NTEA has set aside blocks of rooms at two downtown Indianapolis hotels for qualified media. Registered media can book a room within the media hotel block online or by phone. The deadline to reserve a hotel room is Feb. 9, 2023. Space is limited, so book early.
If you prefer to book by phone, you must register for Work Truck Week first. Refer to your registration confirmation email for your media reservation code and call Work Truck Week Housing at 317-262-8191. Please note, this reservation code is for the exclusive use of registered media and should not be shared. Any unauthorized reservations made online or via phone within this media-only block will be cancelled without notice.
