What is Work Truck Week®?
For more than 20 years, the people who design, build, use and maintain the work trucks and equipment the world relies on have gathered to see the industry’s latest products and technology, learn from one another and discuss how to improve the future. What is Green Truck Summit?
Green Truck Summit, held annually as part of Work Truck Week, features intensive programs led by industry experts, OEMs and government representatives — covering clean energy trends for commercial vehicles, including electrification, and operational insights for vocational truck fleets. It offers perspective on work truck evolution and advanced technology development.
When and where is Work Truck Week 2022?
WTW22 takes place March 8–11, 2022, at Indiana Convention Center (Indianapolis, Indiana). Green Truck Summit is held March 8, sessions run March 8–10, and The Work Truck Show exhibit hall is open March 9–11.
Anyone who works with commercial vehicles can find solutions to their business needs at Work Truck Week.

Where is Indiana Convention Center?
Indiana Convention Center is located at 100 South Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46225. Visit icclos.com for maps and interactive driving directions. Located in the heart of the city, approximately 15 minutes from Indianapolis International Airport (IND), the Convention Center is connected by skywalk to a four-story urban shopping mall and within walking distance of 200 restaurants, well-known sports venues and a 10-block state park that features top museums, green space and a convenient canal walk.

Will masks be required at Work Truck Week?
While neither Indianapolis, Marion County nor the State of Indiana have mask mandates, NTEA supports the right of anyone to wear a mask while at WTW22. We encourage all attendees and exhibitors to take appropriate, personal precautions to maximize their comfort level at the event.
I’m traveling to WTW22 from outside the U.S. What do I need to know?
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) publishes regularly updated information on travel and U.S. entry requirements for international travelers.
Will COVID testing be offered at WTW22?
WTW22 exhibitors and attendees can receive a COVID test on-site in Wabash 1. Book your appointment here during these times:

Where can I book hotel rooms?
NTEA has arranged discounted rates for Work Truck Week registrants at nearby Indianapolis hotels (special pricing is good through Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022, while availability lasts). Make reservations online or call 317-262-8191, Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. EST (excluding holidays). Hotel confirmations are sent via email or fax (if requested) within 24 hours.
How much does it cost to attend this event?
There are different registration options to fit your needs, including trade show-only access and event packages. For your convenience, special sessions and events, like Opening Reception and Annual Meeting, are available separately for purchase.
What’s available on-demand?
If you register for a Work Truck Week or Green Truck Summit Conference Package, you have access to many concurrent education session recordings and/or content on-demand following the event, as well as exhibitor listings, for 30 days after the event concludes on March 11. As Green Truck Summit and OEM update session content is most effectively presented live, these sessions will not be recorded for on-demand access.
Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a WTW22 planner to access on-demand content. Educational on-demand content will be available following the event. If you register for a Trade Show Badge, you have access to exhibitor listings for 30 days after the event concludes (on-demand content is not included with this registration).
What is the WTW22 planner? Do I need to create one to view online exhibitor listings?
Once registered, you can create your WTW22 planner (using the email address and registration number listed in your confirmation).
This helpful tool enables you to

- Save time with exhibitor and product recommendations
- Network with exhibitor contacts
- Save sessions to a personalized calendar
Please note, all Conference Package registrants must create a planner and be logged in to view any on-demand concurrent session videos and materials. A planner is not required to access online exhibitor and product listings.
Is there an event cancellation and refund policy?
If for some unforeseen reason NTEA should have to cancel or truncate Work Truck Week 2022, attendee agrees its sole remedy for a cancelled or shortened event is the return of all or a prorated portion, as applicable, of the registration fee. Registrants will be responsible for cancellation of travel arrangements or housing reservations and applicable fees. For your planning purposes, please note attendee cancellations received in writing after Feb. 18, 2022, are not entitled to a refund. Substitutions are allowed. View WTW22 event policy.
How can I get registration discounts?

I just registered. How do I know if it went through?
You’ll get an email confirmation within 24 hours once your registration has been received. (Please remember to complete the required liability waiver when registering to receive your confirmation.) If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or email email@example.com with questions. Your badge will be waiting for you on-site at any of the conveniently located registration areas.
I registered for basic access to the exhibit hall. Can I upgrade to a package?
Yes, you may upgrade your registration package or add special events or sessions (view available options) online by logging into your personal dashboard via the registration site or URL provided on your confirmation. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or for assistance.
What kind of lunch is included with Conference Packages?
A buffet-style hot lunch will be served on Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. in the dining area at the end of Aisle 5500.
Can I register on-site?
Yes, you may register at one of the conveniently located registration areas at Indiana Convention Center or JW Marriott Indianapolis. Certain sessions and events will sell out before WTW22. We encourage all attendees to register in advance to ensure an exceptional experience.
Once on-site, can someone else pick up my badge?
There will not be a group pickup option at WTW22 — all attendees must pick up their own badges on-site.

What will I find in the exhibit hall?
Products from all commercial vehicle industry segments — including chassis, bodies, aerial devices, snow and ice control equipment, accessories and components — are featured, with many exhibitors revealing or launching new offerings.
How do I find out which companies are exhibiting?
View all current exhibitors and keep checking back as new companies and product listings are added.
How can I contact a WTW22 exhibitor?
Once you are signed in to your WTW22 planner, you will have the ability to message exhibitors that add company representatives to their online listing.
How do I learn more about becoming a sponsor and exhibiting?
Becoming an exhibitor or sponsor is an effective way to bring attention to your company, product or service. Promote your presence at the event by taking advantage of special advertising packages.
Do I need an educational package to attend a chassis update session?
Unless you’re an employee of the presenting OEM, you will need a GTS or WTW Conference Package to attend concurrent sessions such as chassis updates. Review registration package options.
I work for a chassis manufacturer. Am I allowed to attend competitors’ sessions?
With respect to the confidentiality of OEM exhibitor information shared during WTW22, in agreement with the presenting chassis manufacturers, OEM registrants are requested not to attend competitor sessions. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
Can I earn continuing education credit by participating in WTW22?
International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) awarded NTEA the industry-respected Accredited Provider status. IACET Accredited Providers are the only organizations approved to offer IACET continuing education units (CEUs).
After the event concludes, you will receive an email with a link to the Continuing Education Unit Assessment Form to complete and submit for CEUs.
Can I earn MVP credit?
Yes, WTW22 session attendance qualifies for MVP credit. Contactmvp@ntea.com for more information.
What will I receive when checking in at WTW22?
When you stop by one of the conveniently located registration areas, you can pick up your badge and an on-site event guide and floor plan. If you’ve purchased a package and/or registered for special sessions or events like Opening Reception and Annual Meeting, access will be included as part of the barcode on your badge.
Is there a place in the Convention Center where I can hold a business meeting?
NTEA members have access to the Member Lounge that offers a variety of seating options and WiFi.
Can I rent a scooter to more easily cover the exhibit hall?
Scooters can be reserved at registration areas free-of-charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any tips on what I should wear?
Business casual is recommended, but it never hurts to pack something appropriate for an evening out. Be sure to bring comfortable shoes — WTW22 spans the majority of the two floors of the Indiana Convention Center as well as portions of JW Marriott Indianapolis and Lucas Oil Stadium.
Should I bring anything special?
Bring lots of business cards as there are unlimited networking opportunities with thousands of industry peers. While most exhibitors equip their booths with technology to scan contact information, some booths host prize drawings requiring business cards.
